Terms & Conditions for Contributions & Partnerships

1. Purpose

Ascension Mentorship LLC, DBA The Fulfilled Veteran Project (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) exists to deliver financial, social, and spiritual impact to America’s small towns, with a target of $10 million per town. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, rights, and responsibilities associated with financial contributions made through our website or related platforms.

By making a contribution or partnership payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Nature of Contributions

  • Contributions are not equity investments and do not provide ownership interest, voting rights, or profit-sharing in Ascension Mentorship LLC or its DBA projects.
     

  • All contributions are voluntary financial support toward the mission of strengthening small towns at the Speed of Right.
     

  • Contributions may be made as a Helper (any amount $1–$1B, one-time or recurring) or at a formal Partnership Level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Legacy).
     

 

3. Partnership Levels

Annual partnership levels are as follows:

  • Bronze: $1,000 – $9,999
     

  • Silver: $10,000 – $99,999
     

  • Gold: $100,000 – $499,999
     

  • Platinum: $500,000 – $999,999
     

  • Legacy: $1,000,000+
     

Benefits associated with each level (such as recognition, updates, or Advisory Council opportunities) are described on our website and may change at the Company’s discretion.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Contributions can be made by credit card, ACH transfer, check, or other approved methods.
     

  • Contributions may be paid in full or on an approved installment/recurring plan.
     

  • All contributions are non-refundable, as funds are allocated quickly into mission-related initiatives.
     

  • For recurring contributions, you authorize Ascension Mentorship LLC DBA The Fulfilled Veteran Project to process payments automatically until you cancel in writing.
     

 

5. Use of Funds

Funds will be deployed in alignment with our mission:

  • Supporting vetted community leaders (Sheriff Offices, Firehouses, Pastors, Shop Owners, Veterans, etc.).
     

  • Delivering resources, investments, and services to and through the right people and processes.
     

  • Ensuring actions are consistent with Biblical principles of stewardship, integrity, and service.
     

 

6. Recognition & Anonymity

  • Helpers may remain anonymous or be recognized publicly if they wish.
     

  • Partners may be listed or acknowledged in publications, reports, or events unless anonymity is requested in writing.
     

  • Legacy and Platinum Partners may be eligible for co-branding, naming rights, or Advisory Council opportunities, at the Company’s discretion.
     

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, returns, or timelines associated with contributions.
     

  • Impact targets (e.g., “$10M per town”) represent mission goals and are not contractual guarantees.
     

 

8. Limitation of Liability

By making a contribution, you agree that Ascension Mentorship LLC DBA The Fulfilled Veteran Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
